My practice is located in Ravensbourne Park Crescent which is a 5-10 minute walking distance. I am located in a charming, scenic, quiet area of SE London. This central location is easily accessible via short walks from Catford Bridge or Catford train stations - (National Rail). Alternatively, you can opt for the 284 bus which drops you right at the bottom of my road. There is also free parking available nearby and free in the adjoining roads. In addition to this, I also practice in New Cross SE14 - Nearest train station New Cross Overground

Please feel free to contact me by telephone or email for an initial discussion about your issues/needs and to ask any questions you may have about counselling. We can then explore further if my approach of therapy is suitable for you. Please feel free to ask about the time, place, cost and duration of our sessions, plus any charges for cancelled appointments and holidays.

The foundation of my work is humanistic; for which I believe that you are the expert on yourself and that each client is unique and valued. The therapeutic relationship that is developed between client and counsellor underpins the success of counselling, and I believe that our relationship is central to the work that we will do together. My aim is to accompany you on your journey of self-exploration; facilitating you in finding your own solutions/answers in a non-directive way at a pace which feels right for you without judgments whilst extending to you genuine empathy and congruence throughout your process.

Please feel free to enquire about my professional membership and background.

I offer a free 20 minute telephone session, in which you will have the opportunity to contact me at an agreed date and time. I will provide you with the opportunity of building a picture of what is involved. You will also be able to make up your mind as to whether or not I am the right choice of counsellor for you.

I provide an Outreach Home Visit Service which is there for those who may be housebound, hospice palliative care, medical disability, those with children, the elderly and anyone preferring this type of counselling. It is with respect to the very diverse and often specific personal circumstances which individuals face, that this option has been tailored for.

I believe that based on our varied living experiences in certain instances, clients may consequently be left feeling ostracized and isolated from counselling therapy that may potentially aid in supporting them.

"Nothing in life is to be feared. It is only to be understood. Now is the time to understand more, so that we may fear less".
